What if no one's worth interviewing?

You don't spend the credit. A credit only unlocks a candidate who's qualified and genuinely interested. If no one clears the bar, nothing is charged.

Is there a long contract?

No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. Yearly billing simply saves you 10%.

What's the difference between the plans and Delivery service?

The plans are self-serve Metix AI. You approve outreach. Mira sources, screens for interest, and books. You pay in credits for interview-ready candidates. Scale includes a dedicated success lead to help you run the product. That is not Delivery service.

Delivery service is a separate search we run for you. Someone on our side works the role from day one. It is not in the four prices above. We quote it on a demo. That conversation also covers more subscription and Scale.

Is this an agency?

No. The plans are not an agency. There is no roster of recruiters you hire and manage. You approve outreach. Mira runs the search through booking. You pay for candidates, not hours.

How does pricing compare to a headhunter?

A headhunter typically charges 20 to 25 percent of first-year cash compensation, the SHRM band; the wider market convention runs to 30 percent. Retained search bills whether or not the role is filled; contingency bills on placement, and either way the fee arrives as one large invoice. On the plans, you pay a fraction, and only for candidates ready to interview.
